Corn Ribs with Coriander Chutney
Crispy, smoky corn ribs with a zesty coriander kick. Perfect as a snack, side or party starter.
Ingredients (Serves 2 - 3)
- 2 sweetcorn cobs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Safran Vert Coriander Chutney
- Lime wedges, to serve
- Fresh coriander, to garnish (optional)
Method
- Cut each corn rib into 4 long ribs
- In a bowl, mix oil, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and salt.
- Brush the corn ribs with the mixture.Â
- Air fry at 200C for 12 - 15 minutes (turning halfway) or roast in the oven at 220C for 20 - 25 minutes until charred and crispy.
- Drizzle with coriander chutney, garnish with fresh coriander and serve with lime wedges.
