Shipping policy

We’re committed to getting your food fresh and delicious!

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to the UK only.
  • For areas outside this range, please contact us for options.

2. Shipping & Handling

  • All orders are carefully packed to maintain freshness.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within [1–3 business days].
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Offs & Processing

  • Orders placed by Sunday are dispatched the following Wednesday.
  • Orders are placed, in a batch / drop format to ensure that your item is made fresh and posted on the day of it being made. 

4. Perishable Items

  • We do not recommend shipping perishable items to distant locations where delivery may exceed [2–3 days].
  • If your shipment is delayed, contact us immediately - we’ll work to resolve it.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund affected items.

6. Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
