1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to the UK only.
- For areas outside this range, please contact us for options.
2. Shipping & Handling
- All orders are carefully packed to maintain freshness.
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within [1–3 business days].
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Offs & Processing
- Orders placed by Sunday are dispatched the following Wednesday.
- Orders are placed, in a batch / drop format to ensure that your item is made fresh and posted on the day of it being made.Â
4. Perishable Items
- We do not recommend shipping perishable items to distant locations where delivery may exceed [2–3 days].
- If your shipment is delayed, contact us immediately - we’ll work to resolve it.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund affected items.
6. Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
