Fragrant Prawn Tacos (with Zesty Coriander Dressing)
Fresh, vibrant and packed with flavour. The ultimate taco night upgrade.
Ingredients (Serves 3)
For the prawns:
- 300g raw prawns, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper
To serve:
- 6 small tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Red onion, sliced
- Safran Vert Coriander Chutney
- Sliced avocado
- Lime wedges
Method
- Toss prawns with oil, paprika, lime juice, salt and pepper/
- Pan-fry for 2 - 3 minutes each side until cooked and golden.
- Warm tortillas and fill with prawns, cabbage, avocado, onion and a drizzle of coriander chutney.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Top tip!
Add a spoon of chutney on top for the perfect finishing touch.
