Spicy Lamb Chops

Bold, fragrant and juicy lamb chops with a vibrant herby finish.

Ingredients (Serves 2 -3)

  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 3 tbsp Safran Vert Coriander Chutney
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Mix oil, garlic, cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
  2. Rub all over the lamb chops. Let it marinade for at least an hour.
  3. Grill or pan-fry for 3 - 4 minutes each side (for medium-rare).
  4. Rest for 5 minutes and serve with coriander chutney and lime wedges. 

Top Tip!

Let the chops rest before serving for the best texture.
